A 6 week course for postnatal women who are ok to
exercise following their six week check up (ten for
c-section births). The course is specifically designed
to help the body return to its pre-pregnancy condition
by concentrating on flattening the tummy, tightening the
pelvic floor, correcting posture and building stamina
and strength. The course offers a comfortable, sensitive
and friendly atmosphere suited to the specific needs of
a postnatal woman and provides a chance to meet other
mums.
